Elizabeth V. "Betty" (Sheely) Neiman, 95, passed Tuesday, October 8, 2024, at The Brethren Home Community.  She was the wife of the late Donald E. Neiman, her husband of 60 years, who passed December 18, 2016.

Betty was born June 14, 1929, in New Oxford, the daughter of the late David J.A. and M. Claire (Dyer) Sheely.

Betty was a member of the Order of The Eastern Star.

Betty is survived by a son, David A. Neiman and his wife Lori of New Oxford, two grandsons, Brandyn M. Neiman of Lisburn, and Brent J. Neiman and his wife Ashley of Hanover, and two great granddaughters, Grace Rocky and Addilyn Neiman.  She was predeceased by a sister, Lois Wolfgang.

Following cremation, a memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 19, 2024, at 10 AM, at Feiser Funeral Home, Inc, 302 Lincoln Way West, New Oxford, with Rev. Allen Border officiating.  Burial will be in New Oxford Cemetery.  Memories may be shared at www.feiserfuneralhome.com.
