Elaine J. (Hoover) Robinson, 97, passed Saturday, August 3, 2024, at Hanover Hall.  She was the loving wife of the late Richard F. Robinson, who passed January 28, 2017.

Elaine was born March 22, 1927, in East Berlin, the daughter of the late John W. and Mrytle R. (Resser) Hoover.

Elaine is survived by a sister, a sister-in-law, and several nieces and nephews.
