Earl C. Monroe, 72, passed Wednesday, August 27, 2025, at Pappus House in Thomasville.  He was the husband of Sheila M. (Smith) Monroe, his wife of 45 years.

Earl was born March 5, 1953, in Bethesda, MD, the son of the late William H.H. and Beulah A. (Minnich) Monroe.

Earl was a member of Hanover First Church of God, and was employed at Sealed Air Corporation in Hanover.

In addition to his wife Sheila, Earl is survived by his children; John Honeycutt, Jr and his wife Patty of East Berlin, Ryan Monroe, Sr of Orlando, FL, Haley Monroe of New Oxford, and Ryan Monroe, Jr of New Oxford, and two grandchildren.  He was predeceased by a sister, Maybell Stanton.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at 7 PM, at Feiser Funeral Home, Inc, 302 Lincoln Way West, New Oxford, with Pastor Kevin Merritt officiating.  Burial will be private.  A viewing will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, from 5 PM until the time of the service.  At the family's request, please do not send flowers.  Memorial contributions may be made to Hanover First Church of God, 600 Fairview Dr, Hanover, PA 17331, or to Pappus House, 66 Big Mount Rd, Thomasville, PA 17364.  Memories may be shared at www.feiserfuneralhome.com.
