Donna L. (Thacker) Watkins, 67, passed Thursday, February 23, 2023, at Normandie Ridge Nursing Home in York.  She was the wife of the late Rudolph V. Watkins, Jr, who passed October 12, 2020.

Donna was born November 8, 1955, in Martinsburg, WV, the daughter of the late Wayne P. "Jack" and Shirley M. (Coates) Thacker.

Donna was a certified hypnotist, and loved music and cooking.

Donna is survived by two daughters, Bethany N. Watkins of San Antonio, TX, and Melody L. Watkins of Altoona, four grandchildren, Maya Gonzalez, Shanayah Gonzalez, Ahrayah Gonzalez, and Napash Gonzalez, a sister, Athene M. Steinke of Manchester, three nephews, L. Joseph Steinke, Jr, Erich Steinke and Nicholas Steinke, and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
