Donald A. "Andy" Kuhn, 56, died Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at his home. He was the husband of Elaine C. (Swope) Kuhn, his wife of 32 years.
Andy was born January 7, 1961, in Gettysburg, the son of the late Donald F. and Eva M. (Swope) Kuhn.
Andy was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in New Oxford and a life member of the New Oxford Social and Athletic Club and the McSherrystown Home Association. Andy was employed as a HVAC Technician with the Brethren Home in New Oxford. He enjoyed hunting and spending time in the mountains and all types of automobile and go-cart racing.
In addition to his wife Elaine, Andy is survived by a son, Bryan A. Kuhn and his wife, Sara of New Oxford; a grandson, Dominic Kuhn of New Oxford; a brother, Michael J. Kuhn of New Oxford and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, and a niece.
A Mass of the Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at 10 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 106 Carlisle St, New Oxford, with Rev. Joseph Gotwalt officiating. Burial will follow in the Pines Church Cemetery, New Oxford. There will be a viewing at the Feiser Funeral Home, Inc, 302 Lincolnway West, New Oxford, on Monday, June 5, 2017 from 6-8 p.m. with prayers at 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the church.
