Diana K. (Hartlaub) Parsley, 55, passed Friday, April 21, 2023.  She was the wife of Herbert J. Parsley, Jr.

Diana was born January 2, 1968, in Gettysburg, the daughter of the late Charles F. and Betty D. (Bixler) Hartlaub.

Diana was the youngest of 12 siblings.

In addition to her husband Herb, Diana is survived by two sons, Joshua L. Parsley and his wife Brooke, and Justin A. Parsley and his wife Ashley, all of Hanover, a daughter, Jessica N. Parsley of Hanover, and nine grandchildren, Dominic, Izayah, Mason, Aubree, Logan, Kynlee, Jayden, Cole and Liam.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, April 28, 2023, at 2 PM at Feiser Funeral Home, Inc, 302 Lincoln Way West, New Oxford.  Burial will be in New Oxford Cemetery.  A visitation will be held at the funeral home on Friday from 1 PM until the time of the service.  Memories may be shared at www.feiserfuneralhome.com.
