Delores M. (Dubbs) Small, 86, passed Saturday, May 13, 2023, at Normandie Ridge in York.  She was the wife of David W. Small, her husband of 66 years.

Delores was born July 27, 1936, in East Berlin, the daughter of the late Ellis R. and Blanche (Laughman) Dubbs.

Delores was a member of St. Paul's "Red Run" Church in East Berlin, and enjoyed quilting, gardening and crocheting.

In addition to her husband David, Delores is survived by two sons, Barry L. Dubbs and his wife Lois of East Berlin, and David E. Small and his wife Roxanne of Dover, a daughter, Debra K. Koch and her husband Matthew of NM, three grandchildren, Adam Dubbs, Brandon Dubbs, and Brittany Small, four great grandchildren, Ava Dubbs, Hannah Dubbs, Hailey Dubbs and Isiah Dubbs, and a sister, Pearl Sauble and her husband Glen of East Berlin.  She was predeceased by a brother, Raymond Dubbs.

The family would like to thank White Rose Hospice and the staff at Normandie Ridge for the compassion and care given to Delores.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, May 22, 2023, at 11 AM, St. Paul's "Red Run" Church, 6623 Davidsburg Rd, East Berlin.  Memorial contributions may be made to the church or to York Co.
