Debra M. (Rondeau) Shelley, 63, passed at home on Monday, June 26, 2017, after an extended illness, surrounded by family and friends.
Deb was born July 17, 1953, in Chatham, NJ, the daughter of the late Peter A. and Gloria W. (Behre) Rondeau.
Deb spent 36 years as owner/operator of Shelley's Country Nook alongside her husband, with their specialty for finding unique antiques to offer their devoted customers. Those customers were the reason they decided not to retire several years ago, as they decided they would miss all the friends they had made over the years in their store and at the many craft shows which they participated in multiple states.
Deb is survived by Dawson, her husband of 40 years; a son, Donald Millhimes, Jr. and his wife, Theresa; two stepchildren, Lori Hogue and Brian Shelley, and their families; a sister, Lorna I. Rondeau; and two brothers, Peter W. Rondeau and Brian K. Rondeau and their families.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 30, 2017 at 10 a.m., at the Feiser Funeral Home, Inc, 302 Lincoln Way West, New Oxford. Burial will be in the Pines Church Cemetery. A viewing will be held at the funeral home on Thursday from 6-8 p.m. Memories may be shared at www.feiserfuneralhome.com.
