Deborah S. (Bollinger) Keeney, 67, passed Friday, February 10, 2023, at her home.  She was the wife of the late Dean A. Keeney, her husband of 43 years, who passed September 20, 2017.

Deb was born April 14, 1955, in Hanover, the daughter of Esther S. (Feeser) Bollinger of Manchester, and the late Charles L. Bollinger.

In addition to her mother, Deb is survived by two sons, Allen C. Keeney and his wife Danielle of Timonium, MD, and Adam C. Keeney of Hanover, a grandson, a granddaughter, and a brother Wayne Bollinger of Seven Valleys.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 16, 2023, at 5:30 PM, at Feiser Funeral Home, Inc, 302 Lincoln Way West, New Oxford, with her pastor, Rev. Shawn Berkebile officiating.  Burial will be private.  A viewing will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, from 4 PM until the time of the service.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to York County Rail Trail Authority, PO Box 335, Seven Valleys, PA 17360.  Memories may be shared at www.feiserfuneralhome.com.
