Dean Ray Pearson, 62 of New Oxford, entered God's eternal care on Saturday May 18th 2024 in his home with his wife, Tammy Jo, and his family by his side. Dean was the loving husband of Tammy Jo, his wife of 40 years.
Dean was born September 16, 1961 in Tecumseh, MI, the son of Denver and Maureen (Cooper) Pearson of Ocala, FL.
Dean was a member of Bethel Assembly of God in Littlestown and attended the Intersection Church of Gettysburg. Dean was employed 38 years with NEP Broadcasting and Media Production Company, leading technology, partner for content Creators Worldwide. Dean met his love Tammy Jo, while employed with Jimmy Swaggart Ministries television department in Baton Rouge, LA. Dean's work took him around the world, traveling with his wife. Hawaii was a favorite destination. Dean enjoyed family trips and gatherings. His special interests were flying kites and RC airplanes, riding both bicycles and motorcycles, and hunting. Dean loved spending time with his children and grandchildren. Dean surly loved and adored his wife, family, and God with all his heart.
In addition to his wife Tammy Jo and parents Denver and Maurine Pearson, Dean is survived by a son, Derek S. Pearson and his wife Amber of East Berlin, a daughter, Ashley E. Lentz and her husband Blake of New Cumberland, five grandchildren, Kaylee, Serenity and Reia Pearson, Connor and Liam Lentz, four brothers, Earl Pearson of FL, Duane Pearson of TN, Tracey Pearson of NC, and Jesse Pearson of Canada, and an uncle, David Cooper of FL.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 25, 2024 at 11 AM, at Bethel Assembly of God, 1125 Frederick Pike, Littlestown, with pastor Garry Shaeffer officiating. Burial will be in Marburg Memorial Gardens, Hanover. A viewing will be held at the church on Saturday from 9:30 AM until the time of the service. Feiser Funeral Home, Inc, 302 Lincoln Way West, New Oxford, is in charge of the arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 42040, Oklahoma City, OK 73123.
