David W. Small, 89, passed Monday, February 23, 2026, at his home. He was the husband of the late Delores M. (Dubbs) Small, his wife of 66 years, who passed May 13, 2023.

David was born January 19, 1937, in York, the son of the late Florence (Jennings) Small.

David was a member of St. Paul’s “Red Run” Church in East Berlin.

David is survived by a son, David E. Small and his wife Roxanne of Dover, a daughter, Debra K. Koch and her husband Matthew of Cloudcroft, NM, a stepson, Barry L. Dubbs and his wife Lois of East Berlin, three grandchildren, Adam Dubbs, Brandon Dubbs and Brittany Small, and five great grandchildren, Ava, Hannah, Hailey, Isiah and Henry Dubbs.
