David E. Altice, 58, passed Wednesday, March 5, 2025, at WellSpan York Hospital.

Dave was born December 9, 1966, in Gettysburg, the son of the late Eddie C. and Virginia D. (Richards) Altice

Dave is survived by a son, Ryan D. Altice of New Oxford, a granddaughter, Serenity R. Lott of New Oxford, three brothers, Larry D. Altice and his wife Deb of Red Lion, and Rick L. Altice and Steve E. Altice, both of York Springs, and a sister, Marcella Monn of York Springs.  He was predeceased by a brother, Clarence Altice.
