David A. Clapsadl, 53, of New Oxford, died Saturday, October 14, 2017 at his home. He was the husband of Hope E. (Miller) Clapsadl.

David was born May 9, 1964 in Gettysburg, the son of Linda L. (Weikert) Clapsadl of Gettysburg, and the late Pius D. Clapsadl.

David loved to ride his Harley and enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.

In addition to his wife, Hope, David is survived by a son, Pius D.S. Clapsadl of Shrewsbury, a daughter, Ashley K. Aguilera of New Oxford, a step daughter, Cassidy Scott of New Oxford, and 6 grandchildren.
