Dale M. Moore, 74, died Saturday, September 24, 2016, at his residence. He was the husband of the late Kathleen R. (Burke) Moore, his wife of 46 years, who died October 28, 2014.
Dale was born June 24, 1942, on Bullfrog Alley in York, the son of the late Charles P. and Marcella (Sipe) Moore.
Dale was a member of New Oxford Church of God and was a graduate of York High School.
Dale is survived by two daughters, Patricia A. Moore of Abbottstown, and Theresa K. Smith and her husband Eric of New Oxford; a son, Stephen D. Moore and his wife Karen of Hanover; and seven grandchildren, Emily Moore, Keely Moore, Laney Moore, Kurt Smith, David Moore, Jett Moore and Cruz Moore. He was predeceased by a brother, Phil Moore, and a sister, Theresa Moore.
Following cremation, a memorial service will be held on Wednesday, September 28, 2016 at 7 p.m., at the Feiser Funeral Home, Inc., 302 Lincolnway West, New Oxford, with Rev. John Goff officiating. Burial will be private. A visitation will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday from 6 p.m. until the time of the service.
