Connie L. (Harbaugh) Sibert, 72, passed Sunday, January 2, 2022, at WellSpan Gettysburg Hospital.  She was the wife of the late Ray E. Sibert, who passed December 30, 2021.

Connie was born March 20, 1949, in Gettysburg, the daughter of the late Vaughn A. and Ruth I. (Overholtzer) Harbaugh.

Connie was a member of St. Paul's "The Pines" Lutheran Church in New Oxford.

Connie is survived by a daughter, Vicki M. Worley and her husband Tom of Hanover, a son, Steven A. Sibert of New Oxford, 7 grandchildren, and a sister, Barbara Hertz of Fairfield.  She was predeceased by a sister, Dale Kaufman.
