Cofer Eugene Lybrand, age 61, of Mechanicsburg, PA, passed away Sunday, November 30,2025 at his home with his son and best friend, Cofer N. Lybrand by his side. He was born July 13, 1964, in Carlisle, PA to the late Norman D. and Joyce M. (Beam) Lybrand.

Cofer enjoyed hunting and fishing, spending time in the mountains, and sitting by the campfire. His most cherished time was spending it with his family and especially his grandchildren.

Cofer is survived by his wife, Fritzel L. Lybrand of Mechanicsburg, Pa; his daughter, Kayla A. Lybrand , of Mechanicsburg, Pa .and his son, Cofer N. Lybrand of Mechanicsburg, Pa.; three brothers, Norman D. Lybrand, Jr. of Mt. Holly Springs, George W. Lybrand and his wife Cindy of Gardners, Pa., Jeffrey L. Lybrand and his wife Marcia of Gardners, Pa, his sister, Jo Ann Yeingst and her husband Jason of Gardners , Pa., and four grandchildren, James Yeingst, Nathan Smith, Blake Yeingst and Tristan Yeingst. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Cofer was preceded in death by his brothers, Vernon D Lybrand, Carl F Lybrand, Clair L Lybrand, Gregory A Lybrand and his sister Wendy L Garland.

Professional Services are entrusted to the Feiser Funeral Home, Inc., New Oxford, PA. There will be no public viewing. Memorial Services will be held by the family at a later date.
