Clyde L. Stump, 63, died Friday, October 15, 2021 at Wellspan York Hospital. He was the husband of Carolyn F. (Frey) Stump, his wife of 40 years.

Clyde was born July 1, 1958 in Hanover, the son of Wayne A. and Freda M. (Markle) Stump of Spring Grove.

After Clyde's retirement, he was living the dream working on the Boyer Dairy Farm in Abbottstown. Clyde's grandchildren were the light of his life.

In addition to his wife Carolyn, Clyde is survived by a son, Cory P. Stump and his wife Heather of East Berlin, two grandchildren, Benjamin and Adam Stump, both of East Berlin, a brother, Steven Stump of Spring Grove, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 20, 2021 at 11 AM at the Bermudian Church of the Brethren, 279 Bermudian Church Rd, East Berlin with Associate Pastor of Visitation, Georgia Markey officiating.  There will be no burial. A viewing will be held on Wednesday at the church from 9 am until the time of the service.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the trust fund, Clyde L. Stump Memorial Fund, York New Salem Financial Center, 320 N.
