Carroll C. Slothour, Jr, 68, passed Wednesday, February 9, 2022, at his home.

Carroll was born November 13, 1953, in Hanover, the son of the late Carroll C. and Julia R. (Lamberson) Slothour, Sr.

Carroll was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in York Springs, and York Springs Jaycee's.

Carroll is survived by a brother, Malcolm "Mac" Slothour and his wife Barbara of Abbottstown, and two sisters, Anita Leonard of PA, and Rebecca Jaekel and her husband Greg of York.

Following cremation, a memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 26, 2022, at 11 AM at St. John's U.C.C., 2243 Hunterstown-Hampton Rd, New Oxford, with Rev. Douglas C. Hahn officiating.  Burial will be in the church cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to York Springs Fire Co., 312 Main St., York Springs, PA. 17372.
