Beverly J. (Stempfly) Myers, 97, died Sunday, January 28, 2018, at The Brethren Home Community.  She was the wife of the late Marion H. Myers, her husband of 74 years, who died September 3, 2015.

Beverly was born February 4, 1920, in Wallaceton, the daughter of the late William C. and Verna E. (Barger) Stempfly.

Beverly was an active member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church in Hanover, the Hanover Homemakers, and the Hanover Garden Club, and she was an avid square dancer with the Gettysburg Cannonaders, Shippensburg Squares, and the York Continental Squares.

Beverly is survived by a son, William R. Myers, and his wife Gerry of Carlisle, two granddaughters, Danielle Helwig and her husband Rodney, and Allison Wenk, five great grandchildren, Jordan Wenk, Joshua Asper, Brock Asper, Madeline Wenk and Kameron Wenk, and three step great grandsons.  She was predeceased by a brother, William Stempfly, and a sister, Elizabeth Bigelow.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 2, 2018 at 11 AM at the Feiser Funeral Home, Inc, 302 Lincoln Way West, New Oxford, with Rev. Kirk Griffin officiating.  Burial will be in Rest Haven Cemetery in Hanover.  A viewing will be held at the funeral on Thursday, from 6-8 PM.  Memories may be shared at www.feiserfuneralhome.com.
