Barry J. Hockley, Sr, 62, passed Wednesday, January 25, 2023, at his home.  He was the husband of Diane M. (Roomsburg) Hockley, his wife of 26 years.

Barry was born August 28, 1960, in Cumberland Co., the son of the late Kenneth J. Hockley and the late Dorothy D. (Blosser) Hockley Bricker.

Barry was a dog law enforcement officer with the PA Department of Agriculture.

In addition to his wife Diane, Barry is survived by a son, Barry J. Hockley, Jr and his wife Kris of Carlisle, two stepsons, Travis Kopp and his wife Jennifer of Hanover, and Corey Kopp of McSherrystown, a grandson, Ethan Hockley, two step grandsons, Trenton and Bryson Kopp, and three brothers, Garry, Brian, and Kevin Hockley.  He was predeceased by a sister, Lana Smith.
