Barbara A. (Weaver) Laughman, 81, passed Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at UPMC Hanover Hospital. She was the loving wife of Robert L. Laughman, her husband of 62 years, who passed January 8, 2026.

Barbara was born March 11, 1944, in Adams County, the son of the late Clyde and Claudine (Eaton) Weaver.

Barbara graduated from Bermudian Springs High School where she was in the color guard. Her grandchildren were her pride and joy and she enjoyed feeding birds, tending to her flower beds, ceramics, playing on her iPad and collecting stuffed animals.

Barbara is survived by two daughters, Tammy Wiseman of Carlisle, and Cherie Haugh and her husband Rick of Hanover, two sons, Robert L. Laughman, Jr of New Oxford, and Bill L. Laughman and his wife Michelle of New Oxford, seven grandchildren, Rick Haugh, Jr, Abby Baker, Bobby Laughman, III, Katie Haugh, Joshua Haugh, Lake Laughman and Kinser Laughman, four great grandchildren, Jacob Haugh, Lillian Laughman, Cash Laughman and Navy Laughman, and a brother, John Weaver of Spring Grove. She was predeceased by two sisters, Juantia Spahr and Shirley Crawford, and a son-in-law, Bradley Wiseman.
