Barbara A. "Bonnie" (Jackson) Smith, 85, passed Thursday, November 16, 2023, at Bridging Life Hospice, Westminster, MD. She was the wife of the late Chet Smith, who died on December 20, 2014.

Bonnie was born November 15, 1938 in Hanover, the daughter of the late Charles E. and Barbara E. (Hape) Jackson.

Bonnie enjoyed giving love, care and companionship for her dog April.

Bonnie is survived by a daughter, Vickie Green of Ocean City, MD, two grandchildren, Amanda Green-Hall and her husband Zeb, of Westminster, MD, Tyler Green of Westminster, MD, a sister, Brenda Covington and her husband Stephen of Westminster, MD, and a brother, Jeff Jackson and his companion Wayne Singer, of Hanover.

Following cremation, final disposition will be private and at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions may be made to Bridging Life Hospice, 292 Stoner Ave, Westminster, MD, 21157.
