Barbara Hale, 67, of Hanover entered eternal rest on Thursday, May 14, 2026, at UPMC Hanover. She was born in Hanover and was the loving daughter of the late George and Betty (Pitzer) Hale.

She found happiness in antiquing and vacationing in Ocean City, especially spending time by the ocean and sharing seafood meals with loved ones. Most of all, she treasured every moment spent with her family.

Barbara is survived by her fiancé, Lewis Crabbs; daughter, Betty Collins (Justin Hawkins); step-son, Keith Crabbs (Carol), grandchildren, Essence Laws and Maddalyn Hawkins; sister, Janet Hoover; and several nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Barbara’s Funeral Service at Feiser Funeral & Cremation Care, 302 Lincoln Way West, New Oxford, PA on Friday, May 22, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Burial will take place at Oak Lawn Memorial Gardens, Gettysburg immediately following the service.
