Arthur Warren Starner, 60, died Monday, October 24, 2016 at York Hospital.
Arthur Warren was born June 27, 1956 in Hanover, the son of the late Richard L. and Doris L. (Ricketts) Starner.
Arthur Warren was a member of Chapel Hill Church of God in York Springs.
Arthur Warren is survived by a son, Isaiah T. Starner of Abbottstown; two sisters, Sandra L. Gartrell and her husband, Henry of Sykesville, MD, and Shirley F. Starner of Hanover; a sister-in-law, Julie T. Starner of Salinas, CA; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his twin brother, Richard Wayne Starner.
Following cremation, a memorial service will be held on Sunday, November 13, 2016, at 3 p.m., at Chapel Hill Church if God, 4495 Oxford Rd, York Springs, with Pastor Randy Huber officiating. Feiser Funeral Home, Inc, 302 Lincolnway West, New Oxford, is in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to help defray costs.
