Arlan L. Reynolds, 87, passed Saturday, August 2, 2025, at his home surrounded by his family.  He was the husband of the late Rose (Millhimes) Reynolds, who passed November 19, 2008.

Arlan was born September 21, 1937, in Winchester, VA, the son of the late Carroll A. and Edith N. (Renner) Reynolds.

Arlan was a retired truck driver, and was a member of St. John's Church, New Chester, Hebron Lodge #465, New Oxford, and New Oxford Social & Athletic Club.

Arlan is survived by a son, Harold E. Reynolds and his wife Tina of New Oxford, a daughter, Robin O. Seifert and her husband Jack of Bendersville, 4 grandchildren; Andrew and his wife Amy, Amber and her fiancée Tyler, Alexa and her wife Kristina and Katie, and 5 great grandchildren; Ayden, Addasyn, Avery, Lucy and Robin.  He was predeceased by a son, Tim S. Reynolds, a grandson, Jeremiah M. Seifert, and a daughter-in-law, Carla Reynolds.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 13, 2025 at 11 AM, at St. John's Church, 2243 Hunterstown-Hampton Rd, New Oxford, with Rev. Douglas C. Hahn and Rev. Linda Summers officiating.  Burial will be in the church cemetery.  A viewing will be held at the church on Wednesday, from 9:30 AM until the time of the service.  Memorial contributions may be made to St. John's Church, or VNA/Hospice, 440 N.
