Amanda L. (Pope) Bowen, 41, passed Sunday, January 29, 2023, in Gettysburg.

Amanda was born January 27, 1982, in York, the daughter of William J. Pope, Sr of New Oxford, and Dawn C. Good and her husband Bradley of Gettysburg.

In addition to her father, mother, and stepfather, Amanda is survived by four daughters, Tierra Pope and Madison Pope, both of Gettysburg, Sadie Bowen of Dillsburg, and Sabrina Bowen of Hanover, a son Sawyer Benz of NJ, a sister, Melissa Berkheimer and her husband Brandon of New Oxford, and two brothers, William J. Pope, Jr of Gettysburg, and John Weiss and his wife Melissa of York.  She was predeceased by her stepmother, Christine Kohler.
