A. Richard Collins, 70, of Hanover, died Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at Hanover Hospital. He was the husband of Pat (Krasowski) Collins, his wife of 37 years. Richard was born March 13, 1946 in Baltimore, MD, the son of the late Alfred R. and Mildred (Eggling) Collins. In addition to his wife Pat, Richard is survived by his children; Sherry A. Spithaler and her husband Brent of Hagerstown, MD, Scott R. Collins and his wife Jodi of Abbottstown, and Chrissy L. Krackow and her husband Matthew of Oxford, four grandchildren; Alexandria Spithaler, Emilia Spithaler, Drew Collins and Gavin Collins, and a sister, Carolyn Zimmerman and her husband Bill of Towson, MD. Following cremation, a visitation will be held on Sunday, February 12, 2017 from 12-2 PM at the Feiser Funeral Home, Inc, 302 Lincolnway West, New Oxford. Memories may be shared at:
