Sandra A. (Kuhn) Slagle

Sandra A. (Kuhn) Slagle, 79, died Tuesday, January 30, 2018, at Transitions Healthcare in Gettysburg.  She was the wife of the late Earl J. “Jack” Slagle, who died March 13, 1989.

Sandra was born August 29, 1938, in New Oxford, the daughter of the late Edward H. and Anna G. (Riser) Kuhn.

Sandra was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in New Oxford, the New Oxford Social & Athletic Club, the Hanover Moose, a life member of the Hanover V.F.W., and she was an avid Philadelphia Phillies fan.

Sandra is survived by three brothers, Bernard F. Kuhn and his wife Darla, James L. Kuhn and his wife Carole, and Joseph R. Kuhn and his wife Linda, all of New Oxford, two sisters, Linda K. Baltzley and her companion Marvin, and Jane M. Walker, all of New Oxford, her companion, George King and many nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by four brothers, Edward, Donald, John and Robert Kuhn, and a sister, Barbara Kuhn.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, February 2, 2018 at 2 PM, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 106 Carlisle St, New Oxford, with Rev. Michael Letteer officiating.  Burial will be in the church cemetery.  There will be no public viewing.  Feiser Funeral Home, Inc, 302 Lincoln Way West, New Oxford is in charge of arrangements.  Memories may be shared at www.feiserfuneralhome.com.
