Jeanne E. (Kuykendall) Myers

Jeanne E. (Kuykendall) Myers, 79, of the Village of New Chester, died peacefully at her home, Sunday, July 22, 2018. She was the wife of Roy F. Myers, her husband of 27 years.

Jeanne was born September 7, 1938 in Biglerville, the daughter of the late Roy and Maybelle (Lupp) Kuykendall.

Jeanne was a lifelong member of the Church of God and a graduate of Biglerville High School, class of 56’.

In addition to her husband Roy, Jeanne is survived by three daughters; Patty Harman Pittman of Big Spring, TX, Denise K. Harman Lawrence of New Oxford, and Kristi Harman Hartlaub of Gettysburg, 5 step children; Deb, Terri, Steve, Rick and Jody, eight grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, four sisters; Betty Lou Patterson, T. Ann Barbour, Freda E. Redding all of Biglerville, and Christine M. Kint of South Carolina, three brothers; Glenn M. Kuykendall, Roy I. Kuykendall and Steve J. Kuykendall all of Biglerville. She was predeceased by a son, David L. Harman, a daughter-in-law, Marilynn Michaels Harman, two sisters; Dorothy L. Hayberger and Susan K. Kint.

Graveside services and burial will be held on Thursday, July 26, 2018, at 10 AM at the New Oxford Cemetery, 4971 York Rd., New Oxford, with Rev. Linda Summers officiating. A viewing will be held on Wednesday, July 25, 2018, from 6-8 PM at the Feiser Funeral Home, Inc. 302 Lincolnway West, New Oxford. Memories may be shared at www.feiserfuneralhome.com.
