Delores J. (Jeffers) Mundorff

Delores J. (Jeffers) Mundorff, 84, died Monday, January 7, 2019, at her residence.  She was the wife of the late Raymond B. Mundorff, who died February 21, 1996.

Delores was born May 20, 1934, in Bloomington, IN, the daughter of the late William W. and Elsie (Stewart) Jeffers.

Delores attended New Hope Faith Community Church in Hanover, and loved the outdoors, woodworking and knitting.  She was a manager for Rutters Farm Stores for over 20 years, and was the owner of the Furniture Barn in Gettysburg.

Delores is survived by her children, Wanda D. Sumner of Gettysburg, Terry A. Mundorff of Biglerville, Peggy S. Staub of McSherrystown, Steven R. Mundorff of New Oxford, Robert D. Mundorff of New Oxford, Jean A. Rhodes of East Berlin, Cindy L. Curtis of Abbottstown, Sandy L. Hoff of New Oxford, and Melissa L. Welsh of McSherrystown, 24 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, and one great great grandson.  She was predeceased by a daughter, Sharon L. Kennedy, a granddaughter, Nicole M. Mundorff, a brother, Charles Jeffers, and a sister, Peggy Lemmon.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 12, 2019, at 11 AM, at the Feiser Funeral Home, Inc, 302 Lincoln Way West, New Oxford, with Rev. Jeffrey Reaver officiating.  Burial will be in New Oxford Cemetery.  There will be no viewing, however, the family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 10 AM until the time of the service.  Memories may be shared at www.feiserfuneralhome.com.
