Celia Sepulveda

Celia Sepulveda, 90, died Tuesday, January 1, 2019, at her residence.

Celia was born August 15, 1928, in Lajas, Puerto Rico, the daughter of the late Pablo and Encarnacion (Torres) Sepulveda.

Celia was a member of Asamblea de Iglesia Pentecostal de Jesucristo.

Celia is survived by two sons, Luis A. Soto and his wife Angie of New Oxford, and Fermin M. Soto of York, five grandchildren, Juan, Migdalia, Solangie, Nancy, and Carmelo, nine great grandchildren, three sisters, Sophia Sepulveda, Elena Maldonado, and Brunilda Zapata, all of New York, NY, and two brothers, Julio Sepulveda of NJ, and Raphael Sepulveda of Puerto Rico.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 5, 2019, at 11 AM, at the Feiser Funeral Home, Inc, 302 Lincoln Way West, New Oxford, with Gladys Rosado officiating.  Burial will be in New Oxford Cemetery.   A viewing will be held at the funeral home on Friday from 6-8 PM.  Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of your choice.  Memories may be shared at www.feiserfuneralhome.com.
